Virtual Kick Studio was founded and is led by producer Elena Yatsura.

Elena Yatsura is a two-time Nika Award winner, a Golden Eagle Award winner and recipient of the Kinoshock festival prize for Best Producer from the CIS and Baltic countries.

Her filmography spans more than 30 feature projects, including 17 directorial debuts. Her credits include Tulpan, 9th Company, 4, Goddess: How I Fell in Love, Our Own, The Last Train, Sky. Plane. Girl., On the Move, Women's Property, Suleiman Mountain, @fiance and The Postman. Her international work includes Half the Sky with general producer Jia Zhangke, Souvenirs from Moscow by Lauri Nurkse, The Concert by Radu Mihaileanu and Russian Dolls by Cedric Klapisch.

Projects from Elena Yatsura's filmography have screened and received recognition at international festivals in Cannes, Venice, Moscow, Karlovy Vary, Rotterdam and Pingyao.
